Seven Pieces of Me- Illustrated Childrens Book
One-of-a kind illustrated childrens book entitled, Seven Pieces of Me, are poetic descriptions of seven of our bodies’ amazing parts. The book is an aural and visual celebration of our physical nature, with moments of thoughtfulness, delight, serenity, and mischief. The text is original poetry written by students from Hall Elementary School that was set to music by composer, Elizabeth Alexander. Inspired by Alexander’s work, Vox Musica commissioned alumnus, Kaelynn Korten, to create these beautiful illustrations.
